I just want to say how pleased I am with Jennifer Jacobus representation on my behalf at my tax assessment appeal. Having gone through the process twice on my own without any success, I can fully appreciate the difference in the result she obtained.

My modest 3 bedroom house in Essex County was valued at $767,000. I believed that this was too high, and thought it should be closer to $700,000.
